President Trump blames the Democrats for inflating the number of deaths in Puerto Rico. He can not comprehend that Puerto Rico is a part of the United States as our territory. If deaths did not occur on Day # 1, then they did not happen. The light did not go off in his head that habitation in this territory is spread out.
