United Airlines treats passenger like a street dog

An incident occurred on overbooked United Flight 3411 from Chicago to Louisville.  United Airlines overbooked its flights. They had a need to send four employees on the plane. It seems that they have poor understanding of human rights. Four people had paid for their flights. The airline did not care that these people had deadlines or responsibilities. They were picked to leave the airplane. All left except one passenger.

The airplane police grabbed one elderly Asian man and dragged him off the plane. They slammed his head against the arm rest. He was bleeding heavily. The police tried to claim that he slammed his own head onto the floor to injure himself. Aren't cell phone video's grand! They showed the truth!

The airline CEO called him hostile and belligerent. All I can say is that is a load of s#%/.  Review of the numerous videos shows a scared man. Did anyone at this thoughtless and cruel company think of giving the employees cultural sensitivity. In China, people treated the way they treated this man are given hard treatment in jail. Sitting with 8 year old children watching this,  I heard a few trains of thought. "Why they being mean to that old man? He wasn't doing wrong."  "Will they do that to me if I fly?" "I thought they (police) only did that to black people.

Got several questions. Why do airlines continue to overbook? They are selling seats that may or may not be available. It seems that they gamble that a certain amount of passengers will not show up. That is a crime. Eventually it catches up to the air line like it did in this situation. Also why not put in four jump seats? Paying passenger will not be treated as street dogs. Make your rules more visible. Especially the one that allows jumped up flight attendants the ability to play God and force people off the plane. They forget that the people they abuse are the ones that keep them working by flying on their airline. Perhaps its time for people to fly other airlines.

President Trump's attempt to push Obama care repeal failed

President Donald Trump and House speaker Paul Ryan met to discuss the Bill to replace Obama Care with his Trump Care. The Bill was pulled because it had "A snow balls chance in hell of passing. It was not voted on.

Trump acted like he was surprised and upset. He forgot one thing. The Constitution starts with three words "We The People." His version left out poor people. Children and elderly would not have fared better. They are part of  "We The People." He talks about the fact that premiums will go up for Obama Care. Has he looked at what his plan will cost? An elderly woman making a little over 26,000 a year would have to pay over half that for health insurance. He needs to get real and stop lying to himself.

A simple version did not profit any one. So naturally no group would hear it.

1.     Health Departments are in every state. They have Doctor's, nurses, aides,etc.                               Ramp up the Health Department. There are numerous departments in every state

2.     Every person in the Health Care field goes to school.  A large percentage use Federal funds.

3.     Have them off the loan at a lower pay rate at a Health Department. Failure to do so would just mean a higher interest. Their loan came from the people so they should be required to pay back the people with some service.

4.     Hospitalization would be done at hospitals that receive Federal Funds.

5.     Lab and x-rays that can't be done at Health Departments would be done at hospitals receiving
Federal Funds.

Easier to work on this one than what Trump tried.  Have basic health cards that people have to pay at least $50.00 for. One can pick up cans for 6 months to get this.

Start out simple by granting every one a basic physical appropriate for age. Depending on what is found, every 1 to 5 years. Then bring in a disease process a year.  (Like renal, cardiovascular, and diabetes.)   CANADA HAS A BASIC HEALTH CARD FOR ALL CANADIANS. ASK THEM HOW THEY DID IT. They still have private health insurance for those who can afford it.

Today was the day President Trump was required to show proof of wiretapping

Today was the day that President Donald Trump was required to present proof about his claim of wiretapping. Sean Spicer came out with what the President really meant. "He was talking about general surveillance." Just last week Mr. Spicer said the tweets "speak for them self." He stated wiretapping was not what the president meant. Kellyanne Conway made a spectacle of herself by stating Trumps microwave took pictures. It's time if Mr. Trump wants to be taken seriously to change himself. One is to own up to what he has said. Two involves change on what he does. Three needs to have Trump and his staff hold them self to higher standards.

Canadian judge ask woman who was raped, "Why she couldn't keep her legs together?"

Canadian judge Robin Camp may lose his job over his misogyny. He actually asked a rape victim "Why she couldn't keep her legs together to prevent her rape?" He resigned Thursday after a disciplinary council recommend he be removed. This male relied on stereotypes of rape victims and victim blaming in his judgment. This so called judge asked the woman if she was turned on by the size of the man's penis since it was supposed to be larger than normal. The woman repeated again that she was only attracted to women. The judge kept referring to this rape victim as the accused. This was wrong and low on a moral level. If the judges faith practice involved Karmic rebirth for mistakes made in this life, he would be at the lowest level.

The woman felt worse than bad. She actually contemplated suicide. I hope that the legal system finds her help and offers it to her. The judge needs to pay for his actions more than a slap on the back of his hand. There are some jobs where there is limited room for mistakes. Also there are jobs that have no room for mistakes.

The travel ban on Muslims

Why say the travel ban is not a ban on Muslims? That's like leaving a Porterhouse steak on a table in front of me and leaving the room expecting it to be there when you get back.  I will have "scarfed" it down and will admit to doing so. President Trump needs to claim and own his actions for what they are. That will garner more respect than his current actions.

Contrary to some "crap" I read on the Internet, America does not need a stern parent. We need a leader who has sound judgment and represents all Americans equally.

The current whirlpool of dismal actions is the first thing that I was taught not to do in leadership class. Creating a disaster and charging  in like a Knight to save the day is grade school. This action just shows that you are over your head. All other adults recognize it for what it is. Grow up and act like an adult.  People know what to do.  Let them do so.

Free Speech is a basic right

This is the United States.  Protection of basic rights are ingrained in the constitution.  President Donald Trump does not like the press. He tries at every opportunity to make them appear bad.  If he changed his actions then the press would have anything to report about. There would be no news reports that upset the President, if news agencies have no ammunition.

Suppose the press got it wrong. That is simple to handle.  State the facts that prove the report is wrong. By the facts, I mean truth not a prettied up lie called alternative truth.  Leave out extremely over used adjectives like crooked and liar.  Putting down any news agency or reporter is petty and actions becoming a "thug" not a President.

Trumps travel ban lacks humanity

History that is not learned will be repeated. Hitler slowly isolated the Jews and people who didn't agree with him. The holocaust was the final result. Read the second link about the almost zero refugees who have committed terror crimes. Please read all the links paying attention to his words about how he is not targeting Muslims.  Not true is the phrase that comes to mind.

America will shoot itself in the foot in the fight over Isis because of this. Iran is one of the countries that has its people on the travel ban. There are plans in Iraq to ban Americans from entering its country. How can soldiers enter the country to fight Isis? The travel ban helps Isis.

There are so many ways that this hurts America.  Don't know who gave Trump directions on this. Where I grew up there is a saying about people who say or do things that is just plain wrong. "What ever they took, I want to try some." But, I don't want some of what they took. I do not want to lose my humanity.

Attack on Quebec Mosque

The Urban Dictionary gives several definitions of coward that fits this crime. One is perfect. I am referring to its third definition. It states that cowards have male genitals but no clue to what being a man is all about.

Two cowards dressed all in black entered a mosque. When they finished, 6 were killed and 8 wounded. One shooter has been arrested and the search for the second shooter is ongoing.

Pray for the victims,their families, and their friends. If you do not pray, please keep them in your positive thoughts.

For those who agree on refugee ban

I have been watching what is supposed to be highly intelligent people trying to cover up a lie like a cat covers fecal matter in a cat litter box. There is no such thing as alternate truth.  Alternate truth is not truth from a certain  point of view, it is a poorly covered lie. Truth is always the same and does not change with perspective.

H.R. 193, 115 Congress, 2017-18 equates bad "Ju-Ju"

This bill withdraws America from any an all United Nations sponsored projects. We have struggled hard to be thought of as a progressive nation and a voice for the underdog. This also takes us out of the World Health Organization.  Passage of this bill has one effect. Backpack found with bombs

A backpack was found in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The two men who found it thought it might contain something of value. When they opened it, they quickly called the police when they saw wires and a pipe. It was found to contain 5 bombs. One of the bombs exploded when the F.B.I.  tried with a robot to disarm it.  The rest were safely removed.

The bombs this weekend were the works of cowards. They wanted to hurt, maim, and kill as many as possible. The bigger the atrocity, the better. This is depraved indifference. They need to be found in order to face justice.

Shooting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

A  young man was shot in the Sherman Park neighborhood of  Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The police had stopped his car and he ran with a gun in his hand. He was ordered to drop his gun. This young man turned toward the cop with the gun in his hand. The cop shot and killed him.

The loss of any life is sad. My heart breaks for the parents. As a parent of a young man, I don't know how I could go on if my son died.

There is a whole lot of what ifs with this situation. What if the young man had not ran? What if he dropped the gun as lawfully ordered? What if he had not turned and faced the cop still holding the gun?

There comes a time when we have to stop giving excuses. Run from the cops and you are going to get hurt.  Failure to follow a lawful command and you are going to get arrested and/or hurt.  Hold a gun and not follow commands to drop it and you will get shot.  As an adult some mistakes carry fatal consequences.

There are bad cops. I do not live in a good neighborhood. It is where I can afford to live. Cops  set off my heart arrhythmia when they are close to me.  My son's heart rate speeds up to the 120's to 140's if a cop gets close to him. Both of us do not drink, do drugs or break the law. We have seen bad cops in action.  BUT, we do not by our actions help the cops to hurt us.

Riots happened  after he was shot. Six local businesses were torched. Seven squad cars were destroyed.. Four officers were injured.  Seventeen people were arrested.  Four of these arrests were for burglary. The rest were for civil disobedience.

Destruction because you are mad and upset makes no sense. The neighborhood may not get the businesses to rebuild. People who work there now have no job or income. This does not honor the dead man or his family.

Get mad in a productive way. Find people that believe the way you do. Work to get them elected or appointed to the offices that oversees the police.  Lobby for yearly police psychological evaluations.
Lobby for ongoing mandatory education. Get mad in a productive way that brings about changes.

The young man who was shot is a black man. The cop forced to shoot him is black man.

"The Blame Game" cost a Kenya woman her hands

On July 24, 2016, Jackline Mwente of Kenya had both of her hands chopped off by Steven Ngila her husband of 7 years. The pictures in the third and fourth link show that he also attacked her neck and face with the machete. Her husband was mad that she had not gotten pregnant in 7 years.

Steven Nigilia played  "The Blame Game." Both Nigilia and Jackline Mwente had gone to the hospital the previous year.  Nigilia was told his wife was fertile and the issue was with him. He refused appointments and treatment that would help the problem.

Nigilia had separated from his wife for about 3 months. She wanted to divorce her husband,  Most unfortunately she listened to her pastor who talked her out of it. When she opened her door, Nigila mutilated her with a machete. Regardless of what the Dr.'s told him, he decided the lack of children was her fault. After the mutilation, the coward ran. He was caught by the police.
