One person was killed and nine wounded in the French Quarter of New Orleans. They were were causalities from an argument between two grown men. Earlier these men were arguing and somehow ended up in the French Quarter. Their education was lacking. Neither had the necessary verbal skills to communicate without violence. Conflict resolution was foreign to them. Self control was absent. They pulled out guns and began shooting. Ten people were shot. They ran. I can only pray that the police quickly catch them and they receive justice
