Car plows into crowd in Heidelberg, Germany

Mental illness is no respecter of age, ethnicity, or gender. It is also no respecter of nation. Most people forget one thing about mental illness. It doesn't mean that the individual or individuals do not know the difference between right or wrong. Mostly it means they just don't care.

In front of a bakery in Heidelberg, Germany, a man drove his car into a crowd. He fled the car with a knife. Three people were injured. One was seriously injured. The police tracked the man down and he ended up being shot. He is currently in a hospital.
