Cowards deliberately run their car into people

A car deliberately slammed into pedestrians and bike riders in front of the House of Parliament before slamming into the barriers. Law enforcement there have arrested the cowardly suspect. He appears to have acted alone at this time. There are injuries but no deaths. There is evidence at present of international terrorism. This fits the tag of domestic terrorism. See the last link for definition of coward. These people who run their car or truck into people have the genitals of a male. They just do not have a clue to what being a man is all  about.
