President Trump may be unable to understand why what he has done is wrong

I have been ill for the last few weeks. Watching President Trump's actions and his response to each sad situation in the news brought something to mind.  He doesn't understand why or how he is wrong on so many things. I have seen this reaction before and it is kind of scary since he is in charge of our military. When I worked in the ER, I saw patients referred to our psychiatric unit with the same confused look when the Dr. told them they had no choice on their admission. While talking with some old friends, I was told of the new Randy Rainbow parody. See link following.
