Cruelty should never be part of who we are

I was sent the following link to a YouTube video. It shows Representative Elijah Cummings ask some hard questions  from the acting director of Homeland Security. Truth is always hard to bear  for those unprepared for it.  Go to the following link for an eye opening experience.
