President Trump forgot power of words when telling police to not treat arrested gang members fairly

Words have power. They can lead people to do the right thing. On the same token they can deliver people to hell.

President Trump spoke to large gatherings of police. He specifically addressed issues related to the MS 13 gang. He told the police not to treat them to kindly in the arrest process. The following is taken from the first link.

"I said please don't be too nice -- like when you guys put somebody in the car and you're protecting their head ... I said you can take the hand away, OK?" Mr. Trump said. 

The Suffolk county police came back with this reply from the first link as well as other police departments who have hear the President's speech.

Late Friday afternoon, the Suffolk County Police Department issued a statement saying "we do not and will not tolerate roughing up prisoners." 

This is a time that police department are working to repair relationships with citizens. Now they have heard the President tell the police to rough up prisoners in the arrest process.  Absolute power corrupts absolutely.  How many times have the police rounded up everyone that was at a site, the guilty and innocent? Who watches the police to see that they only abuse gang members? Permission should never be given to abuse anyone. Where will it stop?

President Trump needs to get his facts right

Checking the news feeds and President Trumps twitter rants for the last week, I noted something wrong  with what Trump said.  MS 13 started in Los Angles, California. See the links below. It spread from Los Angles up to Canada and down to Mexico. The only thing that he got right was a large amount of drugs are shipped through Mexico. That is supported by thousands of links on  an Internet search.

Trump got himself worked up in 2016 bellowing that Mexico would pay for Border wall. That went the way of the dinosaurs.  Now Trump is threatening Government shutdown if Americans do not pay for wall.

Trump has set money aside in budget to in essence hurt Americans who live on border.  He will use eminent domain. That means an unfair price will be paid for your land if you don't sell when they ask you to leave. The land will be taken and you will be evicted off your property.
