Undisciplined Children

Just saw on TV that the G.O.P. - led House of Representatives has authorized a lawsuit against President Obama. Speaker John Boehner was given the go ahead, even if he and his horde have to find a judge to take the case.

Don't get me wrong. I  like having  a case of the flu better than President Obama. He, literally, went into the back pockets of Big Insurance Carriers with his willfully limited view of what he thinks Health Care should be.

Now: Why he fell into the back pockets is due to the lack of action from the House and Senate. These supposed members of society could not agree on how to scratch their collective butts. All they could agree on was:

• Keep their perks
• Give money to countries that hate us

A person with limited intelligence knows that the ranks have to close and money to the outside causes need to stop for a bit. Instead, Congress scrapped like yard dogs. They finally cut Food Stamps to people with no income, and let unemployment extensions go the way of the dodo bird. I guess, in their eyes, drug dealing and prostitution are alternatives in a no job market.

The House and Senate forced President Obama to act when they chose not to work together. Don't get mad at what you created, ladies and gentlemen! Before you sue him, you should castigate yourself.

Election Results

Career Politicians need to be mindful. The voters are now looking at them. They want to know the reason to some of the problems everyday Americans face. Their neighbors and others are out of work. They see them putting in applications without results. It does not fall on deaf ears that the President wants and takes money to give away to other nations. Unemployment, however, will not be extended. Food Stamps have been cut. The unemployed will be evicted due to the rent not being paid. If the President thinks that local organizations will help, then I have some warm; steamy swampland in the Arctic to sell to the government.

Our disabled and elderly are worried about Social Security. They and others like them had money taken from their checks for this purpose. Our government, however, has been using this money for other purposes. They are not being arrested for this crime because they wear a suit.

Obamacare is a joke. It falls on deaf ears that people are not working. If they're lucky, they qualify for HMO hospitalization. My son is one of those in this situation. I am on a fixed income, so there is no money to pay for his deductible for physician visits, lab and other diagnostic copay. Without said copay, the physicians offices will not make the appointment for him. They do not care he has no job. A thank you to our government is due for crapping on the lower economic class again. We are not the lower socioeconomic class because our social and moral values are higher than our government.

Now one of the Speakers of the House wants to sue the President. I think the whole lot in government needs to be sued for depraved indifference. The President is making what laws he can because the House and Senate refuse to work together.

I heard a group of young kids a few days ago talking about the jobs they want when they get older. Almost all of them wanted to work in government. Foolishly, I asked why. The answer: We want to get paid for doing nothing! I could not have come up with one good counterpoint.

All of you go on an enjoy a relaxing day. I agree with a common discussion. From Local to State to Federal, nobody in the Government should have more than one term in office. They should sit out two terms before trying to get elected a second and final time.

"Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these..."

The topic of this blog comes from Matthew 25: 34-45. Below is the passage from the King James Version.

"34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

So. Wondered why I decided to write about this? Simple. Ten days ago , our President signed a law cutting food stamp benefits.

You heard me. 

He cut food from the mouths of hungry people. 

Praising the bill under bipartisan support, he believes that this will help create more jobs and move the economy forward. 

Seems that this President forgot that if people are hungry they will not be able to work. The food stamp cut does not affect those who could do without it. It would affect those who could ill afford to lose the food, primarily the elderly, disabled and those who can only find one or two jobs and have a family to feed.  

Color me confused but for a President that professes his Christianity he would remember the words above from Jesus.
