So many things are going wrong that it boggles the mind. Note the following examples. Please read each link below. They were sent to me following a discussion that I had with several people.
Make America Great Again. That is just wrong. Our country has always been great. It stopped being great when we as a whole let a leader plan to take all from the weakest in our society at the expense of its humanity. The elderly will no longer receive food assistance or help with heating. Their medical insurance will cost more than what they have as a monthly income. It has been implied that they are free to die. The individual in charge of this has stated that he can not ask a hypothetical single mother of two to have money taken from her check for this. Why is a clueless person in charge of such an important department? See my blog from 03/18/17. That single mother of two with only her financial resources receives food assistance.
Others will go without food besides Meals-on-Wheels. The WIC program will lose its funding. Developing infants and children will not receive food while their brain is developing and growing. The results of which is a generation of special people will be made by our government. The notion of local states and / or special interest groups will take this over is without basis in truth. If this were true why would anybody of sound mind get involved with any government red tape. All of this makes me wonder if the right supramarginal gyrus is damaged in some of our government leaders. See the first link. This area of the brain is responsible for empathy and compassion.
European Countries no longer want us around. The Mayor of London, England has called for Our President to have his state visit cancelled. Just google (What do European Countries think about President Trump?) It was just sad.
The government would have enough money if they did the following. Get rid of all the perks that comes from working for the government. Let them keep their excessive high salary but put them on a time clock that that requires a scan of the eye. Being late or not showing up would be deducted from their pay.
As far as insurance goes, I can only put this plain and direct. Somebody needs a bath in Holy Water followed by several long drinks of it. To quell the angry mass of people, it was loudly proclaimed that people can not be turned down for insurance. People were not told of the other side of the situation. Insurances can now decide not to cover preexisting conditions. Rape is considered a preexisting condition. Children born with heart conditions are now in that boat. Diabetes is considered a preexisting condition. There are too many to list. Google this and you will be shocked like I was. Insurance companies with the help of our government can keep their cost low so they can amass profits. I got a serious case of chest pain when I read and researched this.
The threats along this line have frightened the elderly beyond reason. Now there is an underground movement to send their ashes to our fake leaders. The reason for this is simple. Their actions caused their death so they need to see what the consequence of their action caused. I am now retaking classes on what to forage,so I will be at least be able to eat every other day in the summer. Elderly composed the largest majority of the class. I tried to figure out what to do during the winter when an elderly man proclaimed the following. (I guess that I will have to do what I did during the depression. Break a law that requires mandatory jail time. I got food, place to sleep, medical care, and a roof over my head.) What was sad was that nobody laughed including me. The information was taken in and filed for quick retrieval.
This problem is one that I have given to God. I placed it in his hands and will not ask for it back to worry about it. There is nothing that I can do that will make a change. He will decide how to deal with our government.
