A former Doctor at Bronx-Lebanon hospital in New York City opened fire in the hospital. There is some questions about him as a Doctor. He killed one woman Doctor and wounded 5 others before killing himself. One source says 1 people killed and 6 wounded. This may change since some of the wounded are in critical condition. He used a M16 assault rifle. No ties to terrorism are noted at this time. It is still to early in the investigation about the shooter to have concrete information about him. This incident is ongoing.

President Trump remember the dignity and ethics required of your office (update added)
President Donald Trump or #45 floored everyone this morning with tweets that were beneath the dignity of the Presidential office, this one slipped my attention. He is trying at all costs to cover a campaign promise that he does not realize one thing. He needs the help of all Republicans and Democrats. From what I've read and seen on TV, he plays one against the other and tries to slip under the radar at that moment with what he wants done. Bad Boy business politics may have worked sometimes for him in his civilian life.
It has consequences in his role as head of a free country. The first is loss of faith and belief in the office of the President by its citizens and leaders of other countries. Second, the lower economic class is always the first to feel the heavy hand of injustice.. Those in the middle economic class should not breath a sigh of relief. When the lower economic class is broken, guess who is next?
If Republican Senators are unable to pass what they are working on now, they should immediately REPEAL, and then REPLACE at a later date!

"Mother Mushroom" jailed in Vietnam
In Vietnam, Ngoc Nhu Quynh who goes by the handle of Mother Mushroom in her blog has received a 10 year jail sentence. She spoke out and wrote about injustice in her country. It is a serious crime to tell the truth about government in Vietnam. They don't utilize silly grade school pedantic actions and scream at you on social media while calling you names. They call it a crime against the state and put you in prison after a one day trial. If you survive, you emerge as a broken person. Threats against family and actual harm done against them are common.
She lived her life under a sound principle. "If not you, who?" It is a hard one that evil and nasty people take offense to. She knew that she would pay a high price for living and acting with this belief.
My reason that I started to blog was simple. I saw the cost of nations doing nothing in allowing Daesh / Daw'aish to destroy the Yazidi. Particularly was the face of a young boy looking into a camera and crying. He was in a dump truck being taken to a execution site by Daesh / Daw'aish. See the last link for other pictures. My principle is sound but crude in wording. If you see and know of a wrong, stand up and speak out about it. Not doing this means that you are nothing but a pile of s***. Because s*** can't stand.
Pray for this woman, her family, and her friends. They are in for hell for 10 years. Vietnam wrote the book on this. If you can, write the Vietnam government and ask for compassion in her case. Also write to amnesty international to help her.

A thought about President Trump's or #45 lack of Presidential decorum
I listened to the news this morning and again was amazed that President Trump felt attacked. He is the leader for the USA. Our country is a democracy not a dictatorship. That gives people the right to call into question his words, actions, or his personal associations while in office. To attack people on a social media site for voicing their opinions is beneath the dignity of the office of the President. His twitter rants read like a prelude to a street fight. It is no shame to need help. It is a shame to need help and not get it.

President Trump's rants on twitter were bullying, nasty, and ugly (update added)

I just had someone explain to me why President # 45 uses the term "Fake News". It was confusing to me. If a news agency did that, the people are fired with mega apologies from the news agency to keep the lawyers away. Evidently, it is an old ploy used by members of "The Good Old Boy" club. If asked an uncomfortable question that will make the truth known, call that person and agency "Liars who spread fake news." People close their ears when they hear the phrase of fake news. They forget what was being said before. There is no doubt that there are bad people in news as well as politics. Each has the tendency to take care of the problem to keep legal problems off the radar. To use this phrase so consistently like President #45 makes one want to look closer at what he is doing that he wants no one to see.
On twitter this morning, President #45 was a bully. Please read the links below. He called two hosts on "Morning Joe" names beneath the dignity of the office of President. He referred to Mika Brzezinski as bleeding from her face from a "bad face lift" when she came to Mar-a-Lago in Florida. See the last link for a picture that disputes that. There is no blood, dressings, or swelling that is present with a face lift. President #45 talked about her as a woman and a professional. He attacked Joe Scarborough as well. Is he jealous of women? Does he hate men comfortable enough with their masculinity to share their job with a strong woman without being threatened?
The lowest thing he did that showed lack of moral character in my opinion, was when he referred to her as low IQ. I know people with low IQ's. They have more compassion than what he could ever understand or display. They work hard and give of themselves unconditionally. Perhaps President #45 should ask his Dr. to order an M.R.I. He should ask the Dr. to check the area of the brain called the right supramarginal gyrus. See the fourth link.
The strong women around President # 45 give the impression that he reacts like this when he feels threatened or verbally attacked.. That is fine if you are not the leader of a country. These actions are what I expect from an undisciplined child that has never been told no. In his position as a leader of the USA, why is he ranting, raging, and name calling over displays of Democracy. In this country, the people have a right to question actions and thoughts of our leaders. President Trump putting his thoughts on Twitter invites questions and candid comments. If this makes him feel that he is being attacked, what cookie jar was his hand caught in?

A tragedy in Pakistan
A truck carrying fuel oil slid off the road in Bahawalpur district in Punjab. It may have blown a tire. People from nearby villages came to collect the oil in pots. Some called friends and families to come and collect fuel oil from the overturned truck. The police tried to keep people away without success. Somebody lit a cigarette and the area with people were engulfed in flames. The total dead is given around 153. This may rise. One hospital that is treating 40 of the injured tells they all have burns of 70 per cent of their bodies. 51 with very serious burns have been transported to a larger hospital in Multan by Army helicopter due to their critical condition. Some of the dead were burned down to their skeleton and identification may be possible only through DNA.
Pakistan is pulling together during this tragedy. Pray for the dead, the injured, their families, and friends. If you do not pray, please keep them in your positive thoughts.

The silent war in Yemen is killing an untold number of children
The civil war in Yemen has approached it's third year. Disease and lack of food are claiming more lives. This war is between Houthi militants and a Saudi Arabian led force that supports the former Hadi government. This is a war conducted by silence. The media is not allowed in. See the second link for faces that prove silence kills. No one can see the ongoing atrocities of what is being done.
Fortunately Saudi Arabia has had a change in leadership. Money is now being donated to fight the cholera epidemic. Severe malnutrition is killing just as fast as the cholera. As always the weaker and innocent children are the ones who suffer in a war.
I saw a movie when I was much younger. When countries went to war, only the leaders were involved. They were put in an enclosed area to fight it out. The winning country in the war was the last man standing. The point was that if the leaders felt the pain of war, they would try harder to work out the problems in the first place.
Pray for the victims of this war. If you do not pray, keep them in your positive thoughts. Lets us all pray or think positive thoughts about the hand of Allah / God touching the hearts and minds of leaders to stop useless killing of Allah's / Gods greatest handiwork, mankind.

Thoughts from a 60 year old who is now afraid of her government
I have never been afraid of anything even hard work. Worked a week end job before I was in the sixth grade. Gave that five dollars to mom. It brought food to stretch dad's paycheck so we could eat. Beans, rice, and spaghetti fill a stomach. The pear and fig tree provided fruit for the freezer. Fishing provided meat for the freezer as well as the what ever squirrel or rabbit could be shot. As a family we ate and did not know that this way was not the norm. Excuses were something that lazy people used as a reason not to try.
My parents told me that I could stay at home while going to college but I had to pay $30.00 a week for groceries. Went to college for 2 years while working full time nights and weekends. Paid my college fees and gave grocery money to mom. Caught hell from the instructors for working every day. I learned not to cry and what to say. When told that I was dumb, stupid and ignorant. I apologized for the genetic defect that affected my IQ. Three others and myself became their pet project because we had to work. I earned my A.A.S. in nursing and passed state boards the first time. (All the pet project group did.) Started work one week after graduation.
Getting pregnant was not in my plans. But, I had said that if I was not married by age 35 I would have a child by choice. I had always been told but had forgotten that if you make a plan without God's input be prepared for surprises. I turned 26 in the hospital after having my son. He was and is my greatest joy.
My heart almost broke when the Doctor's told me he might not live. The hardest prayer that I ever said was one of thanks. I thanked God for the time I got to hold him. Then I told God that I would do my best to understand if he had to take him. Needless to say, he is a fine grown man. He does not drink or do drugs. No children yet despite my constantly asking for a grandchild. Home schooled and a college graduate. Holds a full time job. Fills my heart with pride. Give thanks to God each day for letting him stay.
Now comes the part that bothers me to admit. I am afraid of the President and his acolytes. God said to pray for our leaders. Not the kind of prayer where they get hurt and leave office. A prayer where they open their hearts and minds to instruction. Most of all, leave their persona agendas at home. I pray that they follow the guideline for the branches of government in the first link. At present, they do not.

Just like then, food will be taken from women, children, elderly, and disabled from the actions of our government. Health care and medications will be taken away. What is left is, a slow death. I can see why people want their bodies cremated. Parts of them will be sent to the devil's acolytes that enacted the laws that caused their death. I have a different thought because I see things differently. If my death is due to President # 45's actions and the actions of his acolytes, I want my body cremated. Then I want parts of the ashes in all three branches of government spread so none can see them. That way, I can be a pain in their butt for them causing my death. An old shaman taught me how.
For right now, I have increased my knowledge of edible plants. Studying now how to make and live live in home made shelters. See, the government does not like people to get medicare if they are under 65. My congestive heart failure, (Last months CXR still shows pulmonary edema) macular degeneration,poor healing spinal fractures due to osteoporosis, severe brittle I.D.D.M. requiring multiple shots of insulin daily, pancreatitis due to structural defects of the organ, several strokes, and multiple other medical problems requiring medication does not matter. In their backwards way they have decided my life has had no value so I do not deserve to live.
I mattered to people. There were numerous lives that I saved in the area of nursing that I went into. On various volunteer services, I made a difference. I have held the hand of people who lost everything. Then when they could breath, gave written instructions on where to go for help.
Helped children who were swamped with too many emotions to handle. One child, I will always remember. He would scream daily about his belly pain and had quit eating. I asked him in the middle of his screaming did he ever get mad at his mother before the floods. His eyes got big and he shook his head yes. Then I asked him if he had powerful wishes. He froze. I held out one hand and asked him to wish me a roll of quarters so I could do my laundry. He closed his eyes and shook with the force of his concentration. When he opened his eyes he was shocked that there wasn't a roll of quarters. I explained that he had a temper tantrum when he got mad at his mother. That was a normal thing that kids his age did. What he wished was the actions of a child and did not cause the floods. I motioned to one of the workers to bring me two pop cycles. I hope you like grape because that is all we have. He ate that one and I gave him the other one. His mother came over and I explained it to her. They both had a good cry. When he saw that I had a plate of hot dogs, I gave them to his mother. Since I had work to do, she would see that he didn't eat them too fast. He walked off with her watching the plate of hot dogs. He had no more abdominal pain. I made a difference to this child and many more.
My life matters. It is up to God to decide when I should go home. An action of man causing the death of anyone is evil. That serves the will of Satan. At their death, the evil ones will have the company of Hitler and other mass murders in hell. They will find out how much they have in common with each other.

My parents told me that I could stay at home while going to college but I had to pay $30.00 a week for groceries. Went to college for 2 years while working full time nights and weekends. Paid my college fees and gave grocery money to mom. Caught hell from the instructors for working every day. I learned not to cry and what to say. When told that I was dumb, stupid and ignorant. The Taliban continue to kill for the joy of doing so in service to Iblis
At a bank in the capital Lashkar Gah of the southern province of Helmand, a car bomb exploded. A gang of cowardly rogue street dog terrorist have convinced another weak minded individual to slap Allah / God on the face by committing suicide and killing believers. Around 30 were killed and around 60 were wounded. The tally of the killed and wounded is likely to go up as the area is still being cleared. Pray for the victims, their families, and their friends. Al Shabaab paves its own personal road to hell.

Truth is unchanging. It is the same from the beginning of time. It will be the same at the end of time. At no time has Allah / God asked anyone to murder for him. That is the work of demons in human skin. Man does not need an intermediary to know the word of Allah / God. Doing what a false leader of a faith practice tells you will still land a person in hell. There will be no 72 virgins for the murderer or false leader. Their view of their reward of a hellish paradise comes after their first bite of the fruit of zaqqum

An Imam who is a true leader of his faith
Imam Mohammed Mahmoud from the Muslim Center in Finsbury Park in London, England stopped an angry crowd from harming the driver, Darren Osborne, involved in a van attack. As the crowd of people were leaving prayers, he ran over them in his van deliberately. One was killed and 8 injured. Two were seriously injured.
The driver was dragged from his van. People were hitting and kicking him. A witness went to get the Imam. He helped hold the victim down with others telling people not to touch him till the police got there. He urged calm and restraint. The driver was arrested when someone in the crowd stopped a police van and told them what happened.
Pray for the victims,their families, and their friends. If you do not pray, please keep them in your positive thoughts.

Tragic deaths in massive Portugal wildfire
A wildfire so far has caused a tremendous loss of life in Portugal. The Iberian peninsula is undergoing a severe heat wave. There is around 60 wildfires. Saturday the town of Pedrogao Grande was involved. 43 people are dead. Some burned to death in their cars while others died from smoke inhalation. Around 59 people were injured from the fire. Unfortunately around 6 firefighters have been injured. A small child was found wandering with burns. As firefighters inspect areas burned, the dead and injured toll likely to rise. The European Union has activated the civil protection unit. Spain and France are sending aircraft to help.
Pray for the victims,families, and friends of this tragedy. Pray for Portugal. If you do not pray, please keep them in your positive thoughts.

USS Fitzgerald has severe damage from collision
The USS Fitzgerald,a guided-missile destroyer had severe damage from a collision with a merchant ship, (ACX Crystal) off the coast of Japan. It has a crew of 330. Seven sailors are missing and the commanding officer is injured. Two sailors and the commanding officer were flown off ship. The damage occurred on the starboard side and below its waterline. No injuries reported on the ACX Crystal.
