A tragedy in Pakistan

A truck carrying fuel oil slid off the road in Bahawalpur district in Punjab.  It may have blown a tire. People from nearby villages came to collect the oil in pots.  Some called friends and families to come and collect  fuel oil from the overturned truck. The police tried to keep people away without success. Somebody lit a cigarette and  the area with people were engulfed in flames.  The total dead is given around 153.  This may rise.  One hospital that is treating 40 of the injured tells they all have burns of 70 per cent of their bodies. 51 with very serious burns have been transported to a larger hospital in Multan by Army helicopter due to their critical condition.  Some of the dead were burned down to their skeleton and identification may be possible only through DNA.

Pakistan is pulling together during this tragedy. Pray for the dead, the injured, their families, and friends.  If you do not pray, please keep them in your positive thoughts.

"People living in roadside villages, carrying domestic pots rushed to the scene to collect oil and they also made phone calls to their relatives living in other villages to immediately come to collect oil," the sources said.

Traffic police had tried in vain to keep the crowd away from the tanker as people, including women and children, continued collecting oil in pots, the sources said.

"Suddenly, [a] huge fire erupted in the oil tanker which engulfed all people standing around the vehicle," the police sources added.

"According to the initial reports, somebody tried to light a cigarette," igniting spilt fuel, Jam Sajjad Hussain, spokesman for the rescue workers service, was quoted by Reuters news agency as saying.

Grenfell Tower fire in London, England

Seventy five people have been treated so far due to the blaze at Grenfell Tower in west London. The tower had 24 floors and had 120 apartments. 78 are in hospitals around London. 16 of these are in critical condition.  79 are confirmed dead or missing but the total dead and injured are expected to rise. The pictures in the following links show the enormity of the fire.

The speed of the fire as it spread was beyond imagination. It went through 24 floors that housed hundreds of residents. Many remain unaccounted for. It has been said that there are no survivors beyond the twenty- first floor. This has not been confirmed. There are a lot of "What if?"questions. The hardest thing possible is going to be the wait time required.  The missing are going to have to be accounted for.  Finding the cause of the fire may be time consuming.  All burned areas have to be sifted through keeping in mind the amount of safety complaints lodged against the building owners, contractors and the city of London.

Pray for the victims and their families. If you do not pray please keep them in your positive thoughts.

The job of U.S. President is not a game

President Donald Trump has done what my parents called "Cutting off one's nose to spite one's face." He has been caught with his own words.  The following has been taken from the first link below of "Newsweek." It is eye opening. President Trump claims his business acumen gives him the experience he needs to be President.

He is also pretty good at self-deception, and plain old deception. Trump is willing to claim success even when it is not there, according to his own statements. “I’m just telling you, you wouldn’t say that you're failing,” he said in a 2007 deposition when asked to explain why he would give an upbeat assessment of his business even if it was in trouble. “If somebody said, ‘How you doing?’ you're going to say you're doing good.” Perhaps such dissembling is fine in polite cocktail party conversation, but in the business world it’s called lying.

President Trump plays childish games. The "You are not the boss of me" has turned into "I am the President, you're not." He should read the third and fourth link about what a Presidents job really is.

President Trump made a statement that past President Obama spied on him at Trump Towers.. The FBI denies this. There is no proof. When asked,Trump could provide no proof.  So what has he done? Taken away internet privacy rights of US citizens. The government can take a stroll through your browsing history when it pleases. People coming into this country must submit their phone, tablet, laptop and other internet devices for them to scroll through.

One game of "I am going to take my toys and go home" has turned costly.  His wife and son has stayed in New York till his son finishes school. President Trump refuses to go to Camp David. He uses his Mar-a-Lago estate as his summer/winter White House. Each city is out more money than can be imagined. Trump expects each city to cover the cost of his lavish lifestyle. Money is being cut from programs to expand the military. Trump cuts programs to feed children,elderly and disabled. It follows too close to Hitler's program of "life unworthy of life.

I do not understand this. He claims that he wants to make America great again. How by tearing it down?  America has always been great!  When children, elderly and disabled are denied the chance of one meal a day, that is sick and serves Hell's purpose.  As followers of Christ, we are not supposed to serve Satan.  Read my blog from 3/18/17. There are numerous links there regarding the budget.  In it, the budget direct go over  parts of it that seem to serve Satan.  President Trump and Mick Mulvaney came up with these horrific changes.

Bad children tear up their toys when they are mad at their playmates. They don't want anybody to play with their things. President Trump has decided that climate change is "Fake." He has frozen the Environmental Protection Agency from doing anything to protect the environment. When our country is severely polluted then will he be at peace?

I would like to address two things before I get off my soap box. One is alternative facts or truths. Overheard some grade school kids talking about this statement. One was using it to cover wrong doing with his parents. The others asked if it worked. He replied no. His dad asked him "Why he chose to lie?" That phrase is nothing but fancy words for a lie.

The second thing that I want to bring up is " fake news." Mr. President how stupid do you think the American Public is.  Every time that you call news media fake, the Internet quickly proves you wrong. There has been two instances that I found reporters questionably "spinning" the news. You would not have looked like a petulant child if you would have done one thing. Have your people put the facts down correctly and call the the head of the news media in question to the White House.  As long as no "alternative facts or truths" were listed ask him for a retraction.

When a truth is told, do not call it fake. You advance the cause of the news media. Guess who looks like a petulant child? Own the things you did wrong. State that since that did not work you will find another avenue of approach.

Attacker at Orly airport was radicalized

A man, Ziyed Ben Belgacem, attempted to grab a soldiers gun at Orly airport in Paris and succeeded. He has been shot dead. The soldier's were there for added protection due to terror incidents in France. No others reported injured. He shouted that "he wanted to die for Allah."

He should have read the Quran verses below. They are specific on the punishment that applies to him.. They should also read the links below to understand how they lie to themselves and others.

The Urban dictionary gives perfect definitions for gangs.  It refers to them as "The little league of Organized Crime." See the  fifth link below.  For these cowards that bluster they are a man, it has the perfect definition that fits their cowardly actions. It's true that they have the genitals of a man. They don't have the understanding of what being a man is all about. Go to the Urban dictionary links below.

There will be no virgins of either sex waiting for this person upon his death. It is very clear what the Quran says his punishment will be. See the above verses. The first taste of the fruit of Zaqqum will open his eyes to this.  Most likely there will be 72 demons waiting  to make him into their personal torture toy for all eternity. Perhaps Iblis will choose them to be  live snacks waiting in his larder till plucked.

Shooting at school in France

A 17 year old at a high school in France shot a head teacher. It is unknown how many students were injured besides three in the ensuing panic. It was reported to be the work of a stressed student who was fascinated with guns instead of terrorism. Pray for all parties concerned or at least keep them in your positive thoughts.

"Little Don-Don" and his cruel budget calls for a new moniker

At a different time in history, President Donald Trump would have found he had a new moniker
"Trump the Cruel."This name would come from his actions. It doesn't matter if this was not his intent. His actions will have serious and life altering / ending consequences for some. When that happens, actions become cruel intentions. It's one of those grown-up things he should have learned at the knee of a parental figure. It's easy to see how he gets away with it. Budget Director Mick Mulvaney defended this cruelty with a horrendous lack of compassion. See the last paragraph.

1.     He cut "The Community Block Grant" to state and local governments. That grant is used  to fund services to poor seniors. This can only be an attempt to decrease the senior population. It is the only way some seniors eat. They put back a little to eat on the weekends. That one meal given to them is how they eat the whole day. Causing any seniors to starve is cruel and hell worthy. Only the clueless think the local states can pick up the slack. Has "Little Don-Don" ever driven by a church food give away? More working Americans are standing in line.

As a single parent, I had only $150.00 dollars a month after bills to feed my son and myself. I gave up important medication in order for my son to eat. Applied for food stamps once. My income was certainly low enough. The person in charge gave me such grief that I stood up and left after telling her "I would rather starve on my feet than get on my knees to beg." Ate a lot of beans and rice. Learned to make fry bread. Picked from the old vegetable bin and cut out the bad spots before freezing. I could do this since a small store was two blocks away. What about the elderly who can't walk or see? Bus rides are not free. Bus rides for the disabled are not free and are expensive. These will be the ones to starve without Meals-On Wheels.

2.     Aid for poor college students has been cut. How can any American get ahead if funding to help goes away? Read the fourth link. It an eye opener. Little Don-Don needs to realize how many homeless struggle to go to college. What he needs to know is how many do not get enough to eat. After the homeless and hungry go, poor students become next to be slated to go.

3.     Little "Don-Don" where is your heart? Do you know anything about real families? The Low Income Home energy Assistance Program prevents families from having to choose heating over eating." Researchers in Boston have found a 30% increase in the number of underweight infants and toddlers in the winter months compared to rest of the year."

4.    After school and summer nutrition programs are scheduled for the ax. Somebody does not care if school age children get to eat at least one meal during week in the summer. Programs to enrich their minds and show them a different aspect of life go the way of the "Doe-Doe" bird.

5.     W.I.C. is  on the chopping block. It helps pregnant women, infants, and children get their proper nutritional needs met. This prevents lasting physical and mental impairment. I had to stop work in the last trimester of pregnancy. My heart stopped working correctly. What money that I saved went to bills and 1 bag of beans and rice per month. That lasted because I only ate a little every third day. W.I.C. kept me from starving those last two months. It helped with my son's milk the first two months. I went back to work. Women in this same situation have Trump to thank for no nutrition. Are their babies and children supposed to grow and live on water?

Budget Director Mick Mulvaney stated that the new budget reallocates and prioritizes funding and spending. The government doesn't care about the elderly and children. Smells too much like"Life unworthy of Life."Does Mulvaney realize that mankind swore never to go that way again? He gets more outrageous with his explanations. I wonder if he found a way to escape from Germany's past to the U.S.  PLEASE read the second link.

President Trump and the Blame Game

Most people have the Blame Game disciplined out of them by the time they reach adult hood. Unfortunately our current President has not. Anything that goes wrong is not his fault. If what he says is wrong, then his excuse is it's the fault of people listening. Proof of what he has said just makes him deny louder that he said it. The "fake news" people just reported it wrong to make me look bad.

People who openly do not agree with him are punished. His calvalier attitude toward news agencies and intelligence agencies have only bit him on his behind. The news agencies have carefully recorded everything he has said. He calls them "fake." They are only recording what he says and does. Who is the fake? Does he not recognize this? Intelligence agencies have been watching him and his people as they are supposed to do. (Protection may not be a word he is familiar with.His money always brought that, before.) They did not make a single one of them speak to the Russians.

Since his "Buddy-Buddy" closeness with the Russians has come to light. He is angry. His people can not even escape this mess. So now he has come up with a new person to blame. Past President Barack Obama is to blame. He says his phone was tapped on Obama's order's. He needs to ask to be taught about the checks-and-balances on this. They were put into place to prevent abuse by the President.

Donald Trump needs to stand up like a man. He needs to say that he did wrong and own up to it. Then simply stop doing wrong. Remember that he is a President of a great country and ALL of its people.

President Trump's poor word choices and action's

Donald J. Trump is learning that being President is not easy   A leader of a free country must put a guard on his tongue. There are people in the White House that will help him see the full consequence of his every word. The intelligence agencies that President Trump makes so much fun of could have told him about Russia's personal war on the media and reporters. See link 4 and 5. There are people who will help him with new words. Perhaps crooked and bad can be retired.

Maybe  his admiration for how Russia treats the media inspired him to treat the media the way he does. In going over what he has said about the media, all I got was one point. President Trump was angry that he was told he was wrong. See the last three links.

A man or woman can have whom ever they want as a friend. The leader of a free country must be circumspect in his choice of friends and words. His words and actions before  and especially during his Presidency have consequences.

No country is perfect, Our system of checks and balances was created to prevent excess's and abuses.
See the second link below. The legislative, executive, and judicial serve our country. President Trump does an extreme disservice to our country by trying to change this. Every one can see the changes he is trying to make are for one purpose only. He feels only he knows what's best. Russia has been a poor role model for him.

President Trump, take responsibility for your verbal diarrhea

Donald Trump is our President. No matter what any of the people in the U.S. think, he won't go away for four years. unless impeached. I will pray for him.

He has united our country just not in the way he wants. The world wide march  yesterday against him shows women and men united against. It goes with the elected job that every thing you do or say will be looked at under a magnifying glass.  As the saying goes, "If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen."

It's great to protest. That is every every American's right. Destruction is not a right. You broke the law and you as a protester will have to answer for it. Channel your rage into exploring legal means to make him answer.

The blame game has to stop. If you said something controversial, own it.  Stat that you got it wrong if it proven wrong. Also state that you learned from it. There is enough people in your retinue for you to pay one person out of your pocket. Call this person any thing you want. Have keep a notebook of what you say. Then read it the next morning to stay on tract.

Remember that you are the President of the United States. You represent everyone. This includes the people that you don't like.

Anti-Trump protests

Anti-Trump protests are being held.  People are getting hurt and arrested. It brings to mind an old saying "A day late and a dollar short." See the last link.

We needed something different in the White House. It was time to shake up the "good old boy" system. President Trump squealed the loudest. He would change what he promised from campaign stop to the next. That should have been the first clue that maybe he was not right.

Now that he is President, people want to protest. There only two avenues open. The first is to do as the Bible commands. Pray that God touches his heart. Pray for the man to get right with God. As I explained to several people, God does not answer prayers  to send him a stroke or heart attack. If you don't pray send positive thoughts his way. Prayers and positive thoughts can move mountains.

There is another option that has used in the past. Get several good lawyers involved in looking for reasons to impeach. Assist them as needed.  It is not easy but it has been done.

Think carefully about your vote. We have four years not to do this again. Remember never make the final decision till the day you are going to vote. When the candidate thinks they have your vote is when their true color shows.
