Taking into account the actions of the President, Vice President as well as Republican Congress members, I am reminded of these verses from the Bible: Isaiah 14:12-14

President Trump does not by play by the rules that others must follow

Our Inglorious President Trump still does not play by set rules that others have to follow. Other Presidents have had to divest themselves of their properties.  Donald Trump fights hard to keep his empire intact. A review of records by a major news channel shows that the Defense Department spent over $138,000 dollars on properties that bear the Trump brand. The money to pay this came from taxpayers in violation of ethical norm and possible constitutional issues.

President Trump spent 25 days at his property called Mar-a-Lago. That cost the taxpayers $58,875.69.  $17,000 was spent by the pentagon in Panama.  President Trump does not own the motel, but his name is on the motel  making it a Trump branded property. One thing about his property bothers me.  He had to pay the US Treasury an undisclosed sum for profits made on his properties. These were profits paid to him by foreign governments.

It is no surprise that the Republican National Convention stop paying on President Trumps legal bills. These are bills incurred by the Russian probe. This is where it gets really weird. At the same time they stopped paying his legal bills,they started paying rent at $37,000 a month in one of his buildings. They started paying Vice President's nephew  John Pence thousands a month for his work.

Unfortunately,  in business there are practises that are legal but questionable. This happens when reasons are hidden, not apparent and those who can answer questions refuse to.  Here is where  President Trump needs to stop and rethink his approach to being President.  No  matter he mistakenly thinks, "The United States is not a business." Read the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth link. Somebody should read them to President Trump nightly.  By the process of osmosis, perhaps some of what he should be doing may sink in.

The "Skinny Repeal" would have hurt the American people the most

The Democrats and three Republicans did not kill the "Skinny Repeal" of the Obama care act.  Arrogance and a close minded  attitude killed it. No body but the Chief Bully and Crybaby with his acolytes know what is right for the American people according to them. I am referring to the socially acceptable due to their monetary influence. The rest of us can go to hell because they never figure us in on their decisions except to get rid of us.

One part of this "Skinny Repeal" got to me. Big companies with  more than 50 people would not have to provide health insurance. Without the law, I know of too many companies that would not give insurances to their employees. Educated people talk loudly when they go to dinner. Their money I guess is supposed to create a sound barrier. (It does not and poor people share information.) They toast the Chief Bully and Crybaby for helping them not spend money.

If they truly wanted to help, they should have done one thing first. Let the insurances that had $5,000, $10,000 or more deductible come back. They were cheap and affordable. One trip to the E.R. ate that deductible. Let you in on a secret, all insurances leave a person owing a bill. There were cheap HMO's and PPO's.  Let people have a choice to choose them over Obama care. Keep this for 10 years before looking to change. Remember people change slowly and accept change even slower. Heel's were dug in because the Republicans tried to cram their decision down Americans throat.

Republicans trying to push through Health care Bill over bodies of the poorest citizens

It is sad that our government did not learn a lesson from history. They are repeating history from World War 2 without the death camps. The elderly, children and pregnant women will have their food taken from them because of the governments decision to use block grants and / or cut the money entirely.

Vice President Pence states that the $200,000,000 in cuts will lets the states uses innovative means and get better control. I wonder if he fell and somehow hit his head. Has someone checked him for altered mental status or other signs of a concussion? I watched him try to answer questions put to him about Trump Crap Care. His eyes seemed to sink back into his head more as he whined an answer that was not an answer.

If $200,000,000 is cut from the all the states, then people suffer. Those who suffer are the poor. That can't be covered up with verbal diarrhea coming from our leaders. Sometimes things are bad and belt tightening is necessary. I say put a STOP on this this for a second.  Before the elderly and children starve-get rid of ALL government perks. Before those whose lives depend on Medicaid to live have to die-put the the ENTIRE government on time cards. They get a salary per year. Pro-rate it. Miss a day of work or a vote should mean less money on the pay check.

The government should tighten its belt and stop its wasteful spending before asking its citizens to die without a fight.

I listened to Vice President Pence speak on denying health care to the poor

I listened to the Vice President speak on bad Obama care.  He tried to convince State Governors that getting rid of it meant more choice for the state.  It does-Who lives and who dies. I guess that no one one told Vice President Pence that the worst lie is the one to one's self. Watch his body language and facial expressions. He doesn't believe the crap spewing from his lips.  All I can really say is Vice President Spence - You lie poorly.

President Trump is at it again

President Donald Trump is doing it again. Because he could not get Obama care repealed.  He wants to withhold subsidies to Insurance companies. It was not bad enough that millions would lose health care with his previous choice. Now he wants every body to lose health care. He has no idea of how many Americans can not afford health care and are already giving up part of grocery money to pay their part of health insurance. President Trump fails to care that this is food taken from the mouths of children. Little "Don-Don" feels that the kids of the Democratic Party would play with him if he withholds money.

The impact of the "Republican" bill has just skated across his level of comprehension. It would increase the bill for the average person enrolled to $1,542 for the year.  In 2020, it would increase to $2,409.

The Republican bill for those age 55 to 64 would be bad. Their bill would be $5,269 for the year. In 2020, the bill would be $6,971. If they were poor enough, income below 250 % of the federal poverty line would have bill of $2,945 today and $4,061 by 2020. Monthly income would not go up for these people. Is Little Don-Don trying to decrease the elderly by decreasing or erasing their health care? Does he get the money he saves by their death?

The Republican party would relax the laws on the practice of "age rating." Now the insurance companies can not charge the elderly premiums more than 3 times that of a younger individual. With the Republican bill, the insurance companies can charge older individuals as much as 5 times that of a younger person.

I want the Republican Party Members and Little "Don-Don" to look me and the American public in the eyes to answer the Question of Why? Why would you hurt the American Public?

.     You are already refusing to provide money for meals-on-wheels. See Blog From 4/18/17 about     Budget Director. Our nation has always been great till Trump came into the office. How can a nation be great that will take food out of the mouth of it's elderly.

.     While we are on the subject of food, Little "Don-Don" has some explaining to do. You have stopped food to children in schools. Our nation can not grow. Are you planning to replace the present population with a generation of mentally stunted children who did not receive proper nutrition.

.     I understand that Little "Don-Don" wants to do away with maternity care for those that can't afford it. That is brainless. Women will die and the government will be responsible. Babies will die. I want it to be law that the President and Vice President must look at the picture of the dead women and / or babies and sign the picture themselves, Each must write a letter of apology to the families involved explaining why their perks were more important than than medical care for the dead. Mail both letters of apology with the signed pictures back to families involved

This is not a question of making hard decisions. The President is having states go into debt over his desire to have a more expensive place to stay than Camp David.  New York is non too happy about protecting his wife and son. Stop  these outlandish expenses. See and read the last four links. What other expenses should be taken away? DON'T TELL THE AMERICAN PUBLIC TO SUCK IT UP UNTIL THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT TIGHTENS THEIR BELT.

Theirs is a job of service to  others. From what I have seen so far, they owe the American People some money from what they have received.

President Trump removes Steve Bannon from National Security council post

Steve Bannon was put on the National Security Council to keep an eye on Michael Flynn.  Mr. Bannon was on the Principles committee. If you have to keep an eye on an adult, why appoint him? See the last link for what the Council does.

All I can say is one thing. It is unusual for common sense to prevail in our government. Even if it may have been don for the wrong reason, it came out right.

The job of U.S. President is not a game

President Donald Trump has done what my parents called "Cutting off one's nose to spite one's face." He has been caught with his own words.  The following has been taken from the first link below of "Newsweek." It is eye opening. President Trump claims his business acumen gives him the experience he needs to be President.

He is also pretty good at self-deception, and plain old deception. Trump is willing to claim success even when it is not there, according to his own statements. “I’m just telling you, you wouldn’t say that you're failing,” he said in a 2007 deposition when asked to explain why he would give an upbeat assessment of his business even if it was in trouble. “If somebody said, ‘How you doing?’ you're going to say you're doing good.” Perhaps such dissembling is fine in polite cocktail party conversation, but in the business world it’s called lying.

President Trump plays childish games. The "You are not the boss of me" has turned into "I am the President, you're not." He should read the third and fourth link about what a Presidents job really is.

President Trump made a statement that past President Obama spied on him at Trump Towers.. The FBI denies this. There is no proof. When asked,Trump could provide no proof.  So what has he done? Taken away internet privacy rights of US citizens. The government can take a stroll through your browsing history when it pleases. People coming into this country must submit their phone, tablet, laptop and other internet devices for them to scroll through.

One game of "I am going to take my toys and go home" has turned costly.  His wife and son has stayed in New York till his son finishes school. President Trump refuses to go to Camp David. He uses his Mar-a-Lago estate as his summer/winter White House. Each city is out more money than can be imagined. Trump expects each city to cover the cost of his lavish lifestyle. Money is being cut from programs to expand the military. Trump cuts programs to feed children,elderly and disabled. It follows too close to Hitler's program of "life unworthy of life.

I do not understand this. He claims that he wants to make America great again. How by tearing it down?  America has always been great!  When children, elderly and disabled are denied the chance of one meal a day, that is sick and serves Hell's purpose.  As followers of Christ, we are not supposed to serve Satan.  Read my blog from 3/18/17. There are numerous links there regarding the budget.  In it, the budget direct go over  parts of it that seem to serve Satan.  President Trump and Mick Mulvaney came up with these horrific changes.

Bad children tear up their toys when they are mad at their playmates. They don't want anybody to play with their things. President Trump has decided that climate change is "Fake." He has frozen the Environmental Protection Agency from doing anything to protect the environment. When our country is severely polluted then will he be at peace?

I would like to address two things before I get off my soap box. One is alternative facts or truths. Overheard some grade school kids talking about this statement. One was using it to cover wrong doing with his parents. The others asked if it worked. He replied no. His dad asked him "Why he chose to lie?" That phrase is nothing but fancy words for a lie.

The second thing that I want to bring up is " fake news." Mr. President how stupid do you think the American Public is.  Every time that you call news media fake, the Internet quickly proves you wrong. There has been two instances that I found reporters questionably "spinning" the news. You would not have looked like a petulant child if you would have done one thing. Have your people put the facts down correctly and call the the head of the news media in question to the White House.  As long as no "alternative facts or truths" were listed ask him for a retraction.

When a truth is told, do not call it fake. You advance the cause of the news media. Guess who looks like a petulant child? Own the things you did wrong. State that since that did not work you will find another avenue of approach.
