Their ruling given is one expected from cowardly deviants or perverts. After prayers and deliberation, they declared that one of the sisters of the attacker would be raped in retaliation for his crime. The elders decided after viewing the sisters that the 17 year old would be the one to be raped. Her mother and sisters protested but threats by guns forced them to allow the rape.
The police have since intervened. Examination found both girls were raped. Over 20 people have been arrested for this crime. In Pakistan, rape of a minor is punishable by death. That would not get perverted and deviant as sexually excited as watching the rape of an innocent 17 year old. This did not serve Allah / God. He never asked for children to be raped. Only Iblis was served by this atrocity.
Truth is unchanging. It is the same from the beginning of time. It will be the same at the end of time. At no time has Allah / God asked anyone to rape for him. That is the work of demons in human skin. Man does not need an intermediary to know the word of Allah / God. Doing what a false leader of a faith practice tells you will still land a person in hell. There will be no 72 virgins of either sex for rapist's or false leaders. Their view of their reward of a hellish paradise comes after their first bite of the fruit of zaqqum.
