President Trump And his adviser Ivanka Trump do not support equal pay for women by their actions

Barack Obama when he was in office set up data collection measure as a first check for equal pay for equal jobs. This is proof that will show if  pay is equal or not equal when men and women do the same jobs. The extra data is an attempt to find out what data convinced big business to do this and if it was valid in a legal sense to be used for a decision on anything.

Big business found a way around this. President Donald Trump's personal  adviser and daughter Ivanka Trump was approached.  They explained how hard this was for them to collect this data. This is strange. All the information is in their computers. They have people who put information in and take it out to fill out forms. What is stranger and funny in a sad way, Ivanka Trump believed this. She talked to Big Daddy about how hard this is on big business. He will start the process to stop this data collection.

She campaigned for empowerment for women with her father. It seems that her promises and President Trump's promises were empty words. Under both of them, I feel that the following is the empowerment they were talking about.                                                                                           "Women would have empowerment to quit their 'bitching' and stay in the kitchen."
