India has a problem. Women are valued less than men. With India's history of ignoring crimes against women, the growing growing number of rapes are a symptom of this. The Urban dictionary gives perfect definitions for gangs. It refers to them as "The little league of Organized Crime." See the link below. For these cowards that bluster they are a man, it has the perfect definition that fits their cowardly actions. It's true that they have the genitals of a man. They just don't have the understanding of what being a man is all about. See the last two links for the definition of gang and coward that I use.
India's legal system is overloaded. Those arrested frequently never serve time. It is simple. Have one court in each of its states try only sex cases. Punishment should be severe. A few castrations would be a perfect deterrent.
