A 13 year old Dalit girl was beheaded last week for refusing the overtures of a higher caste male.
India has aspirations to be among the countries that are world leaders. That is something that is extremely unlikely to happen. India has all that is necessary but one small but big thing. Females are not important.
There IS "Dishonorable killing." Females say no to arranged marriages or marry for love. They are murdered in horrific ways for denying family. Personally, I think it is because family can not line their pocket with a paid Bride price. Sometimes it is because the groom wants to wipe his slate and start over with prettier brides.
In this case, the male murdered the 13 year old girl because she said no. Men are getting just as bad
as terror groups. They (men in India) murder for the fun just like men in terror group.
