Over five years ago I did send a tip through the F.B.I. tip line. My computer reported each time someone had tried to get through my firewall. The countries doing this were not friendly to the U.S. Results from my attempt to do the right thing were what I'd call typical: the antiviral program shut down that part of the service to me.
What, if I can't see it then I can't report it?
Below is a graph for those I have for China. Those marked with a star are part of an organization called #31 Jin-rong Street China. There are multiple pages on the internet reporting their hacking that they don't deny. The ISP from someone in my country just makes me feel loved. That one with a few others I will not post. Those from Russia I will post later.
