Early this morning a call was made in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, about a person with an assault rifle. Police responded and Three Officers were shot dead. Three were wounded and one of these is critical. The shooter Gavin Long was killed. There is a question that two other people were somehow involved. Police are actively searching.
There is no justification for this. It was an act of extreme violence that will change nothing. If anything, it will make the situation worse. This killing holds no honor for the shooter. Pray for the victims and their families. If you can not pray or do not pray please keep them in your positive thoughts.
