My nightmare about a Presidential candidate

I fell asleep in front of the TV that was set on a national news channel.  I woke up about an hour later with chest pain.  After two nitroglycerin and an hour in front of the fan, I had no pain. While asleep, I had a nightmare that I am sure was influenced by the news. Before I fell asleep, they were discussing Presidential candidate Trump's own words. The same was going on when I woke.  In my nightmare, I heard "Hale to the Chief" being played against the background of the Presidential seal.  Everybody stood as Donald Trump stepped up to the podium as somebody said "Now the President." I woke up with massive chest pain in a cold sweat.
