American ship fired upon in international waters

Houthi rebels in Yemen fired upon an American ship. Because no one was injured, the best response is being studied before being carried out. The rebels were never taught one thing when they were younger. That is to be careful what you or your actions ask for. You might just get what you asked for whether you like it or not.
