Donald Trump said what about computer hacking?

I slept late  and was watching news feeds. One video showed Mr. Trump proclaiming loud and proud that hacking is difficult to prove. It is no wonder that I choked and almost aspirated my morning coffee. It can be as simple as as a good anti-viral. One that I had at one time recorded the I.S.P. of every attempt to hack in my computer. Out of curiosity, I wrote them down. Then I used a Geolocation link. Then I used Google maps to see street level view of each I.S.P. address. These attempts occurred multiple times from each I.S.P.  All the ones I listed below came from the Russian Federation in and around Moscow.  I have others from China and other countries that I didn't think were interested in the U.S.

There are other more sophisticated hackers. As a Country, we have more advanced people to catch them. Some Internet sites have ways to hide your I.S.P.  They gave me a severe headache reading them because they were so convoluted. Besides that, there are multiple pages of different links on how to do this. On these pages there are disclaimers that they may not work.

Trump stated that he did not trust computers and email. He planned to use couriers. Yet, he trusts twitter. Has anyone told him that twitter is done on a computer?
