It is a CRIME to shine a laser light at a plane

It is more than just a crime. Doing this is now a Federal  crime. There is no time off for good behavior. You serve the whole time.

Parents need to educate their children. A juvenile is considered to be someone between the age of ten and 18. It is up to the local District Attorney as to who is to be tried as an adult.

It is a Federal  crime to sign a laser light at a plane. The pilot could be blinded. If the plane crashes, the deaths and injuries are the fault of the person who shined the laser. They will also be responsible for deaths and injuries on the ground. This does not even take into count property damage.

The crime is not worth it. Disable the laser and dispose of it properly. The cost of illegal use is not worth it.
