Being mentally ill does not mean that a person does not know right from wrong. A mixture of water, hand cleaner, and mouse poison was sprayed over open foods. The first link lists these stores. Hand cleaner states to call poison control centers if ingested. The key word in the last ingredient is poison. The person was well aware of what he did. Trying to hide his actions is the first clue to the truth of this.
Kudos to civic minded citizens, law enforcement, and F.B.I. for capturing this individual. He does not belong free in society. Secure jails and prison are his new habitat.
