Sometimes a person who is supposed to be an adult turns out to be a child in a grown up body.If you commit any of the following actions seek help.
1. Do not scratch on a window screen at 11:00 p.m. and say "meow" in a loud male voice.
2. Do not stand behind a tree with a pair of binoculars watching
3. Do not watch family members with binoculars.
4. Do not stand in an empty apartment window in all black.
The stray cats were sitting on the ground watching you. Others were watching also.
If you want to meet a person, do it as a man would.
**STOP STALKING AND BEING A PERVERT**
1. Approach them in the daylight from a respectable distance.
2. Ask them if they would meet you for coffee. (Daytime and full of people)
3. Respect a no answer and move on
