Chechnya claims that "Gay" people do not exist in their country

Chechnya is a southern republic of Russia. It is a Muslim majority region. A permit for a "Gay" parade was requested in a neighboring region. According to the links below, an order for a "prophylactic sweep" came from Vladimir Putin.  Alvi Karamov, a spokesman for Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov denies this. They claim that people can not be detained and persecuted for being "Gay." They "Gay People" do not exist in the Republic.

I have a few questions about that statement. The authorities found and arrested Gay men who were in the closet as the saying goes. They, the authorities, posed as Gay men looking for dates on networking sites. 100 men have been arrested for being Gay. Some were only suspected of being Gay. Three have been killed. One 16 year old was released after being severely beaten and showing signs of not being fed. How did the authorities know about the sites?

No matter how much the authorities deny the existence of  LGBTQ individuals, they exist. If your treatment of them causes their heart to stop, it is called MURDER.  Twist your tongue, twist your head, or twist your behind, it will not matter. There are no alternative facts that will change the truth. . See the last paragraph.

They, the authorities, need to read the Quran verse below. It is specific on the punishment that does apply to them. 

"Whoever kills a believer intentionally, their reward will be Hell, to abide therein forever, and the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon them, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for them." (Holy Quran, Chapter 4, Verse 93)

Truth is unchanging. It is the same from the beginning of time. It will be the same at the end of time. At no time has Allah / God asked anyone to murder for him. That is the work of demons in human skin. Man does not need an intermediary to know the word of Allah / God.  Doing what a false leader of a faith practice tells you will still land a person in hell. There will be no 72 virgins for the murderer or false leader. Their view of their reward of a hellish paradise comes after their first bite of the fruit of zaqqum
