There is one phrase that should be removed from any language. I am talking about--"Sorry for your inconvenience." It shows extreme lack of thought and caring. An inconvenience is getting on a bus when all seats are booked on an airplane flight that you need. When you have to apologize, make it appropriate for the situation. Put "We are sorry for the inconvenience," where it belongs, in the trash bin.
