Inglorious President Trump is at it again
Our Inglorious President Trump has come up with a new way to place blame for something he has said or done. He wants to take illegal immigrants dump them on sanctuary cities. He is known for not liking (Sanctuary Cities). They will not carry out his wishes that change faster than the wind changes course. This move is political because he wants the government to tighten up immigration laws as he sees fit. He has not even cleared this action on legal grounds to see if it can be done. A Doctor gave potentially fatal doses of fentanyl to 27 patients over 5 year time period
At an Ohio hospital , a Doctor gave 27 patients potentially fatal doses of fentanyl over a 5 year period. Fentanyl is about 100 times stronger than morphine. Unfortunately the Dr. took it on himself to give more than what was needed for each patient without consulting patient or family.
One patient died 18 minutes after being given intravenous fentanyl. She was transferred to the hospital from an assisted care facility This patients family had not given permission for this not withstanding the fact that assisted suicide is illegal in Ohio. She had been in assisted care facility. Her ongoing medical problems required a transfer to ICU
This is a personal sore point with me. Four 1/2 years ago after a botched surgery, I ended up in an ICU on a ventilator. A Dr. wanted to harvest my organs. He told my son that I was "brain dead" and they were keeping me alive till my organs were harvested. Needless to say when my son finished, I had a complete change of Dr.'s. They couldn't stop there. There were several attempts to put me in a long term acute care facility. I left against medical advice.
Within 24 hours of leaving, I went shopping for groceries. I always buy a month at a time. My son said that there was no change in what I got from previous months. That night I balanced my son's checking account. Then I did mine. My son paid bill's from my account and he didn't record the amounts. I had to transfer 32 dollars from savings to cover a shortage from God knows where. Pretty good for a supposed brain dead person.
This has happened to me once before when I became septic from a urinary tract infection. I woke up in ICU watching a nurse trying to operate an IV pump. I asked him did he forget what I taught him. He screamed and fell on his butt. I sat up and turned the pump off because its beeping was giving me a headache. I was leaning over the side rail watching him when other staff came into room. One said you are not in a coma. I replied "no shit". They had to take him to the ER for chest pain because I scared him. Three weeks later, I returned to my supervisory position in ICU. Held that job for two years till I moved.
Being in the medical profession, I know of three patients that were "brain dead" according to their Doctors. They all left the hospital. Other nurses have reported similar patients. It is not as uncommon as people would think.
All life is sacred at no matter what stage it is in. It is not up to man to decide which "life is unworthy of life". That is what Hitler did and look what came from that attitude.

Inglorious Mitch McConnell's deficit reduction plan follows close to Hitler's plan
The Republican Party over a year ago believed their own verbal diarrhea. They claimed their tax cuts would not increase the deficit. It did by over 70%. Now the Republicans are listening to those who can do math. The deficit is out of sight.
So like many who have come before them, the Grand Old Party sets its eyes on those who can't fight back. (Check the Republican Party link. GOP stands for Grand Old Party.) This menagerie of self entitled elderly party guys decide those on Social Security and Medicare should lose their life line. They stand in line with Adolf Hitler. He started his parties murderous path to infamy by declaring the elderly, sick, and disabled unworthy of life. He then erased their life. McConnell's plan follows along the same plan except the elderly, sick, and disabled get to live outside, die from lack of medicine necessary for life, die from lack of food, and die from exposure to the elements. If they think landlords won't evict the elderly for lack of ability to pay rent, how did they ever get elected being so knowledge deficit? In no state that I know of do grocery stores give food away for every elderly, sick or disabled for free every day. The same goes for pharmacies. Big pharma wants their dollar.
Before this gang of cowards cuts the lifeline to the elderly, sick and disabled, they need to get rid of their own expensive entitlements. See the link for the definition of coward. I use the Urban Dictionary because it tells it like it is. The cowards have the genitals of being a male. They just don't have the understanding of what being a male is all about.
The last three links list the perks that congressional members get. They are elected to serve the people. When you read the last three links, you will see that they only serve them self. The very last link is an eye opener. Before they cut the life lines to the elderly, sick, and disabled. they need to sever their perks first.
Remember the actions of the GOP (Grand Old Party) come election time. Go for a change. Elect anybody but the person currently in office.

President Trump blocks comments seriously ill cancer patient on twitter
President Trump actions remind me of those belonging to a recalcitrant child. If actions or words do not praise him then he does his best to get rid of that person. Twitter is a social media platform. As President he uses it freely to express his opinion. He is President 24/7/365 during his term in office. There is no day off for the office of President. He can go on vacation, play golf, or watch TV. He does this with Secret service agents guarding him because he is the leader of a nation for his term in office..
President Trumps use of twitter while in office makes it an Official document. The reason being he can't stop being President while he tweets. He is President 24/7/365 during his term in office. That makes his twitter rants official and open. If he blocks someone from seeing them. he is not following the law on open documents. If they are not open, then no one can see them.
The sneaky behind closed door attempt to repeal Obama care is beneath the dignity of the President and Congress. None of the those behind President Trump seem to understand what this means. If any of these people think Insurance carriers will not run the price of insurance up so high for those with preexisting conditions once Governmental constraints are taken off, I have an idea. There is an imaginary swamp that I own on the outside of the recognized territory of the North Pole. I will sell 1 inch segments of this imaginary property at a time, at what I consider a fair real estate value to them.
Repealing Obama care means there are people who will die. See the eighth link. It is a video done by one of these people who will die. President Trump blocked her on twitter. Her truths bothered him.
If a person studies history, it looks like a part of history is being repeated that the world swore never to do again. I am making reference to a program that Hitler used to get rid of the sick and dying. It was called Life unworthy of Life.

Murder and torture of LGBTQ in concentration camps of Chechnya
Gay men have reported detention and torture since April. This has been denied vigorously by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. The government there states very loudly they (gays) do not exist in Chechnya. Because they do not exist, they can not be detained and persecuted. They therefore can not be tortured.
It is known that these victims who are gay or perceived as gay are being held at a detention center. One is located about 13 miles from the city of Grozny. Torture and beatings go on daily. Already three deaths have been reported.
Most unfortunately, there are now concentration camps. Amnesty International prefers them to be called detention centers. They don't want the bad name that concentration camps have to be present. Are there mentally challenged people in charge? It is good that mentally challenged people get jobs. This is not the kind of job they should have. These people are tortured and starved. Humiliation is added on top of this. Torture is stopped if they give names of gay people. These confessions are colored by the need to stop the pain. Families can have victims back if they promise to kill them to rid the family of shame. If they can not kill them, the camp does it for them.
There are no pretty names that can be put on concentration camps. Nothing can change the horror of what it is. Hiding it only perpetuates its evil. It seems the world did not learn from the atrocities of Hitler. History unlearned is history that will repeat itself.
Chechnya is predominantly Muslim. Unfortunately gangs of rogue dog cowards are controlling people to do their will. An Imam told the family of a 17 year old they needed to wash away the shame from the family. The 17 year old was gay. His uncle pushed him off a ninth floor balcony so he could feel better about himself. Shame was brought about by the uncle.
The Urban dictionary gives a perfect definitions for gangs. It refers to them as "The little league of Organized Crime." For these cowards that bluster they are men, it has the perfect definition that fits their actions. This found in the third definition. It's true that they have the genitals of a man. The murderers and advocates of murder should have read the Quran verses below. They are specific on the punishment that does apply to them. They should have read the following links below to understand how they lied to themselves and others.

Trump's alternative to Obama care is a nightmare
I never understood why President Trump decided to "Repeal and replace Obama care." That is so extremely backwards. It took a while for Obama care to come into being. President Trump needs to
come up with a working plan that everyone agrees on. Then repeal Obama Health Care plan and replace it with the new one because only then will it work.
I watched President Trump and his cronies crow like roosters that they came together to pass a replacement for Obama Care. He and others declared that pre-existing conditions are covered. I say Hold UP. Yes there is a clause that states that people with pre-existing conditions can not be denied. In the same breath, states are allowed to opt for exemptions from the insurance plan to reduce costs. One of these night mares is to allow the states to use "health status" to set insurance rates. If you have a pre-existing, your rate will go up. When I inquired about having more than one so called pre-existing condition, I was told the rate would go up for each. I could also be denied. This is something each state can decide on.
I heard about something that I had to check out. (IE: exhaustive online research.) The act of rape is not a pre-existing condition. P.T.S.D. and other mental health conditions from the rape is considered a pre-existing condition. Sexual transmitted disease from the rape is a pre-existing condition. This kind of dog crap in a bag was created by small and emotionally challenged people.

Some Republication think people with pre-existing conditions lead bad lives
GOP Rep. Chaffetz: Americans may need to choose between "new iphone... they just love" and investing in health care
It is hard to believe but some members of congress think that people who lead bad lives have pre-existing conditions. Therefore they should pay more for insurance. That is why the new version of Trump care has a very sneaky way of reinforcing this. All people will be covered, but. If you have a pre-existing condition, the insurance company can charge you more. This pre-existing condition could be pregnancy or being born with asthma. Children born with heart conditions would be under this classification.
I was born with a malformed duct in my pancreas. Until this was discovered, I had the problems of chronic pancreatitis. I do not or have ever drank. Alcohol is gross and foul to me in all forms. It was no surprise that I developed diabetes with pancreatitis. I can't afford an insulin pump. So I take high doses of insulin by shots. These Republicans believe I led a bad life to get pancreatitis so soon after birth. The logic eludes me.
The lack of knowledge in the above tweet is astounding. Iphones can paid on a monthly basis. My son does his. This solves problems that the above Republican seems clueless of. Iphones are connected to the internet. There is no deposit to the cable company and a monthly bill. Children have access to the internet for their homework. I have a friend who uses this for her kids who need access for homework. There is also no expensive bill for a landline phone. The deposit is high and the bill is not cheap.
Perhaps if Republicans connected with their constituents and remembered they are not autonomous, they would not be thought of as enemies of poor Americans. Life happens and sometimes not in a good way. I have been working since the fourth grade. What I have, I paid for. At one time I owned land and could get a loan on signature status.
Life happens. My son was born ill and I sold everything to pay our way. It was not enough. Eventually I had to get help. I won't hang my head over this. No American should have to hang their head. Our Government needs to stop. The actions of Hitler's "Life unworthy of Life" was not good then. It is still an atrocity.
