No man is above the law even President Trump

It is sad that a large number of women have claimed President Trump has committed sexual misconduct against them.  He is alleged to have groped, touched them inappropriately, and forced kisses on them without their permission. President Trump denies this.  He owns the Miss America contest. He has been accused of entering their dressing room while they were naked.  President Trump on the Howard Stern show admitted to doing this.

Press Secretary Sarah Sanders stated that all these allegations occurred before Donald Trump became  President. The made up concept of Alternative facts / truths was used to put a spin on this.  She stated that he addressed these allegations.  Claims were made that witnesses backed up Donald Trumps claim of innocence.  One of the witnesses was in the 2003 Miss America contest. The contest where Donald Trump entered a dressing room of naked women was in 1997.  Read the fifth link.

Sarah Sanders stated that the allegations came out before the elections. The people voted for Donald Trump.  Because of this, the matter  has been laid to rest. This does not negate legal response to the crimes. If it did, there are people in jails and prisons who would want to know about this so they can use it. The President and Sarah Sanders need to know that because the President thinks he is innocent does not mean the crimes will go away.

Sexual misconduct is a crime. People in our government and on TV have lost their jobs because of this. Some are under investigation for this. The President is not above the law because he can scream "fake news" and "that is a lie" louder than anyone.

President Trump needs to quit his verbal fights because he is easy to bait

I have been watching the verbal fights that the President has been having with members of the Senate and House of Representatives. Sometimes it is on a grade school level. Most of the time it is on a daycare level.

President Trump uses the social media site of twitter. There is never anything that is said that people in the world out side of imagination could use as positive.  He bullies or intimidates anyone who calls him on his bad words, bad actions, or bad attempts to act as President.  In his everyday action and words and his twitter rantings, it is evident that he severely lacking in one important quality. He doesn't know the meaning of Presidential decorum and why he should try to develop some.

He is like a rabid dog in one aspect. The investigation into the Russian meddling of the 2016 Presidential elections has driven him off kilter. He demands almost daily with an acid tongue for the investigation to stop. "Fake news and Hilary" are behind it. This changes weekly in regards to who or what is fake as more people speak out. Nothing is feeding this investigation more than  his loud protestations that it is a waste of time. Also his threat at intervals to fire Robert Mueller for doing what he was appointed to do. All this does is make the investigators and the American public wonder what he is hiding. The more he "bitches" the deeper they will dig. If he is innocent, he should shut up and gather evidence to prove it.

Pray that he listens to people who are not in his head. Pray that God enlightens him.

President #45 looks at eclipse without proper eyewear

The actions of the President reflect the people who elected him.  What happened? I know that the US is smarter than this. Where were the keepers for President #45?  He got outside without his keepers and looked directly into the eclipse. Where he was located was not in the path of totality. His son was with him. Fortunately, his son did not look up. The whole family put on glasses later.

Blindness is no joke. Looking into the sun during a solar eclipse burns the retina. There is no treatment that will help.  If the President does not follow safety precaution, then the average sitizen might not also.  Again,he forgets his duty to the citizens of the USA.

USA and North Korea

The United States is a great country.  Kim Jong Un is trying to make North Korea great in a very bad way. Both leaders are posturing because they have pushed each other into a corner. They feel they have no other way out except for war.

I have been and continue to follow my Faith's direction on dealing with leaders. Daily I pray for God's hands to touch him and guide him.  For those that do not pray, I ask for you to direct your positive thoughts toward him to do what is right.

Both leaders need to recognize one thing. There are unknown numbers of  people in each country that will suffer and die. This includes the people of Guam. More than two people will be affected by their actions. The United States is my country right or wrong. I think the leaders of both countries need a hot bath, good meal and bedtime alone for at least 8 hours.  Perhaps it will change their view on things.

President #45 told Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte about submarines and North Korea

On April 29,2017 President # 45 called Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.  The purpose being to discuss the rising threat from North Korea and ways to stop his ambition for nuclear weapons. Grade school children playing war games at recess know better than to do what President #45 did. He told Duterte about the two Nuclear submarines he sent to North Korea after he discussed his approach to handling the drug problem in his country. He told Duterte to keep up the good work and he was doing an amazing job.  Duterte is know for directing thousands of extrajudicial killings in his country.  He has bragged about riding his motorcycle and shooting what he thought were drug dealers. That fits the definition of mass murderer.

I research material for several blogs at a time by keeping multiple tabs open at a time. On another subject, I found there is a transcript of this phone call on the Internet. It surprised me where it was located. So I clicked on the link.

I never got pass the warnings on the first page cover letter. The large confidential stamped on it made me raise an eyebrow. The kicker was the sentences that stated that it may not be a crime to print it but it would hurt the interest of the United States to do so. Closed out that page quick and cleaned  the computer thoroughly.

I may not agree with the normal goings on in government. My country's government is on the road to hell by denying food and medical care to the elderly, disabled, pregnant women, babies and youth. Their alternative facts or fancy lies about this makes a roller coaster seem like a walk in the park. But, I will still take the crap from my country over any other country I know.  Right or wrong this is still my country and I will not knowingly print something that they say will hurt it.  Besides, confidential means somebody got it when they were not supposed to do so.

President # 45 may be an idiot.  Some days I can't make up mind if he needs a mandatory psychiatric evaluation or impeachment. Now I believe he needs both

My personal thoughts about President #45 situation with Russia

I respect the office of the President of the United States. Yet, I do not respect the person who currently holds the office.  So, I pray for him daily.  I do not pray for bad things. Instead, I pray that he receives enlightenment from God.  Pray that he use the numerous advisers that are available for him to use.  Pray that he checks all his decisions with mentally sound advisers.

If any other American had done the things he has, they would be under some maximum security prison that nobody knows about. He is not above the law even though he thinks he is. The proof that he cares only for himself is his explanation of why he talked about Code word security information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador. Because he can!  He never thought about what danger he put the source of the information in.  Isis or (Daesh / Daw'aish) as I refer to them in my blogs doesn't just play with people. They play with their body parts.  It never dawned on President # 45 the reason why Russia was not involved with security information sharing. They are not reliable. All information they get is shared with parties talked about.

President # 45 needs a chance to restart fresh. Perhaps an enforced vacation. The modern miracle of chemistry for the brain has helped a lot of  people lead productive lives with meaning.

Some conversations are part of a sad reality

Over coffee this morning, I had an eye opening conversation with Lone Walker.  Followed this an on line conversation with a friend or two.  We talked about parallels between a new movie that is out and various video games and President #45.  It pains me to admit that the Geeks were right.  Call me Geek now because I stand with their view point.

This President's reign has introduced us to the concept of alternative truth versus fact.  I try hard to not think on that. The only other person that I knew with that mentation was "barking at the moon" mad and an extremely dangerously scary person.

Several video games are considered good practice now. They give an idea of what can happen in our reality. Our reality under President #45.

A new concept has come into play during President #45's reign.  If the news is truthful or extremely close to home call it fake.  Scream it loud and long and most unfortunately constantly.  It has back fired some. When he screams "fake news" people now look closer. They are searching for what he is trying to hide.

A new movie is out. I won't mention its name. Women are taking a deep breath and raising an eyebrow after seeing it, when President #45 is mentioned. After all his opinion about women and their body parts are well known.  His stated preference to grab them by this part is the stuff of nightmares.

Some Republicans who voted for Trump care didn't read bill

It is sad that some Republicans who voted for the new Health Care Bill did not even bother to read it. In fact, they were quiet snide in their replies. They had staff that read the bill and told them what was in it.  One even admitted that he turned every page and thoroughly read the amendments.  One that shocked me was the response given when questioned about reading the bill.  He felt that people did not want him to waste his time doing so because of the statutory language. He hires people to do that for him.

The office help was not elected to be a Representative.  A single person was voted into office. The least the Representative can do is read the bill before him. It's part of their job. Perhaps the voters of their district should elect someone that doesn't feel reading is not part of their job. When it comes down to it, it wouldn't be the first time that someone with their own agenda played the person asleep at the wheel.

Please read the following links for the names in question. Keep in mind that some are saying they doubted any Representative read the bill.  Remember that when you vote at election time. Put someone in office who understands that reading something before you put your name to it is important. It's a life skill taught to high school students.

Trump's alternative to Obama care is a nightmare

I never understood why President Trump decided to "Repeal and replace Obama care." That is so extremely backwards.  It took a while for Obama care to come into being.  President Trump needs to
come up with a working plan that everyone agrees on. Then repeal Obama Health Care plan and replace it with the new one because only then will it work.

I watched President Trump and his cronies crow like roosters that they came together to pass a replacement for Obama Care. He and others declared that pre-existing conditions are covered. I say Hold UP.  Yes  there is a clause that states that people with pre-existing conditions can not be denied. In the same breath, states are allowed to opt for exemptions from the insurance plan to reduce costs. One of these night mares is to allow the states to use "health status" to set insurance rates. If you have a pre-existing, your rate will go up. When I inquired about having more than one so called pre-existing condition, I was told the rate would go up for each. I could also be denied. This is something each state can decide on.

I heard about something that I had to check out.  (IE: exhaustive online research.) The act of rape is not a pre-existing condition. P.T.S.D. and other mental health conditions from the rape is considered a pre-existing condition. Sexual transmitted disease from the rape is a pre-existing condition. This kind of dog crap in a bag was created by small and emotionally challenged people.

It is hard to believe but some members of congress think that people who lead bad lives have pre-existing conditions. Therefore they should pay more for insurance. That is why the new version of Trump care has a very sneaky way of reinforcing this. All people will be covered, but.  If you have a pre-existing condition, the insurance company can charge you more. This pre-existing condition could be pregnancy or being born with asthma. Children born with heart conditions would be under this classification.

I was born with a malformed duct in my pancreas. Until this was discovered, I had the problems of chronic pancreatitis. I do not or have ever drank. Alcohol is gross and foul to me in all forms. It was no surprise that I developed diabetes with pancreatitis. I can't afford an insulin pump.  So I take high doses of insulin by shots. These Republicans believe I led a bad life to get pancreatitis  so soon after birth. The logic eludes me.

The lack of knowledge in the above tweet is astounding. Iphones can paid on a monthly basis. My son does his. This solves problems that the above Republican seems clueless of. Iphones are connected to the internet. There is no deposit to the cable company and a monthly bill. Children have access to the internet for their homework.  I have a friend who uses this for her kids who need access for homework. There is also no expensive bill for a landline phone. The deposit is high and the bill is not cheap.

Perhaps if Republicans connected with their constituents and remembered they are not autonomous, they would not be thought of as enemies of poor Americans. Life happens and sometimes not in a good way. I have been working since the fourth grade. What I have, I paid for.  At one time I owned land and could get a loan on signature status.

Life happens. My son was born ill and I sold everything to pay our way. It was not enough. Eventually I had to get help. I won't  hang my head over this.  No American should have to hang their head.  Our Government needs to stop. The actions of Hitler's "Life unworthy of Life" was not good then. It is still an atrocity.

President Trumps effect on the elderly (60 plus)

I remember when President Trump was running for office. On 11/19/16, I wrote a blog about about a nightmare that I had.  In it, I talked about seeing a briefing room with a podium in front of the Presidential seal. A voice saying, "President Trump" as he stood in front of the seal. ( see my blog for the exact words)  I woke up in a cold sweat with heavy chest pressure. It took about a hour for the nausea and vomiting to stop.

Now that he is President it's a whole other ball game.  If I was an animal, I would be on the critically endangered species list.  Because I am not an animal, I don't count / matter to the government.

I took care of my self and child. Welfare was not an option. I was a member of a national volunteer organization that helped victims of disaster. When the news media and others took photo shots at a tornado disaster, I noticed a woman crying in what was left of her home. I held her while she cried. After about 20 minutes, I helped her with what I could. Then I plugged her into local resources. I did this freely with no pay. It was the right thing to do.

On various disasters, I helped when I could have looked the other way. One of the last disasters that I helped on was the Oklahoma City Bombing.  I still have the memory of the Blue Angels flying over in the missing man formation on the one year anniversary.

I am not writing this for a pat on the back. It's not about that. I wasn't old and I mattered. Now that I am old (60). The government thinks that I don't matter. I had a savings account and land. My child at birth was ill. I sold everything to cover expenses. They are now going to take away what little I have earned. I am disabled an currently recovering from a broken back slowly. Now, I am taking online classes on how to live off the land. Giving myself a headache try to figure out to save 5,000 dollars. I have been researching on where to buy cheap 1/2 acre plots with road access. Need a place to go when they take what little that I have. Elderly good looks won't pay the rent. No money equals no place to stay.

I would tell all those trying to exterminate those of us on the lower economic ladder to think. At one time, I was upper middle class.  Life changes. I hope you never feel the anger of knowing your country wants you to die for its economic benefit.

President Trump was on the news about his new tax cuts. Sounds wonderful but there is a big problem. There will be an increase in the budget so high that it will give people chest that are healthy. President Trump knew about this.  On 3/16/17, I blogged about President Trumps cruel Budget Plans. Then on 3/18/17,  I blogged about Budget Director Mick Mulvaney. His pan reminded me of Hitler's "Life Unworthy of Life" campaign.  On 4/25/17,  I  blogged about Senator Paul Ryan's plan to phase out Medicare.

It dawned on me slowly. President Trump has planned this for awhile. Americans have been fooled by his deceptions. Women, infants, children, elderly and disabled will cover his tax cuts. Throw the poor in on top of this. When we don't exist because his programs set up our demise, the rich will have more money to play with.

I refuse to die without at least "Squawking Loudly."

President Donald Trump continues to flip-flop with words from his mouth

President Donald Trump liked and held close the 100 day standard to evaluate how a President is doing. This usually predicts how the rest of the Presidents term will go. He used his love of the standard in the last week of his campaign for President. He offered a "contract with the American voter."He promised monumental action in the first 100 days.

He got one section of that right in a way he should not be proud of.

.....Repeal and replace Obama care is backward. Trump even stated in a soft voice for him that it was harder than it looked. Everyone one knew it would need some help. Taking it away before you can replace it is brainless. No one wanted to hear the common sense way. It made no money for insurance companies Why not take a hint from the Canadians. Their universal health care is available to every Canadian. If your use does not meet universal standards for an emergency, you pay for it. Every thing else that is covered is done on a scheduled basis. The rules are impressive in a good way when it comes to saving money. People with insurance use their own. Why doesn't someone call Canadian authorities and ask them about it?   I know, because it would mean our government used common sense,

.....Impending government shutdown.  He is not saying much which to me seems like a ploy from a  bad boss that I have seen.  A must pass Government funding package is up soon. Failure to sign would shut the government down. His signing of a legislative extension would make him appear as a white night on a charger. While he moans about the Democrats not working (caving in) to him. Actually the Government works when each of the three branches are allowed to do their job. See the first link. President Trump needs to stay in his branch and stop trying to manipulate the branch with Congress. Our system was set up to prevent people like President Trump from gaining control. That is why nothing legislative has worked. He needs to stay out of other Government sections. They can't do their job that gives the appearance of someone being a stalker.

.....Our nation has always been great. See the blog I did on 3/17/17. It went into detail on President Trump's budget and his Budget Director. Old people who eat one meal a day will lose that when Meals-On-Wheels loses it funding. Children will go without eating in schools because their budget gets cut. College students trying to get an education will lose what little money they get to eat a dehydrated noodle soup a couple of times a week. Donald Trump put a man into the budget office whose actions gives the appearance of someone from the time of Hitler. I read the blog after writing it.  All I could think was this sounds like Hitler's "Life unworthy of life" campaign. Now he wants to do away with Women. infants, and children program. Now the nation can generate children with cognitive problems. They didn't get food and nutrients when their developing brains needed it. After President Trump, our nation will need to be made great again.

***GIVE UP YOUR CONGRESSIONAL PERKS YOU CHILDREN. HAVE YOU LOOKED INTO THE COSTS. STOP THEM AND HELP FEED OLD PEOPLE AND KIDS.***

If media can kill by simply stating verifiable facts, then you are fooling yourself and no one else.

I would ask everyone to read the last link.  There are 100 statements that Donald Trump or his people made. Each one researched and the truth follows each statement. I looked at it thinking it would be funny. Shame on me because it is a sad commentary on what the people voted into office. Sometime what appears right is just poop covered with linen and cologne.

AG Jeff Sessions is not helping even himself

AG Sessions states that he is amazed that a judge on an island in the pacific can block President Trumps immigration order.  Last time time that I looked, Hawaii is part of the United States.  It has been a state for 58 years.  Federal Judge Watson was confirmed.  Sessions as a Senator voted for him to be confirmed as well as 93 other Senators. The "Yeas" carried.

As for  the federal judge not having the authority to block the Presidents orders, AG Sessions needs to read and understand the last link clearly. I have a way of understanding things better when I can't get the grasp of something. Have someone with excellent diction read it to you. Someone needs to read the entire last link to Sessions.

Our constitution divides our government into three parts of a whole. President Trump needs to understand that it was done this way for one purpose. No individual or group can gain control of the government for their own agenda's.

The first branch job is to make the laws. This branch is called the Congress.  The President,Vice President, and Cabinet  are charged with carrying out the the laws. The final branch is the Judicial. It evaluates the laws.

The President has an option. He can veto any law passed by congress.  Congress also has an option.
Regarding appointments, they can confirm or deny any of his appointments. In some circumstances, they can even remove the President from office. The Justices of the Supreme court evaluate laws. They can overturn unconstitutional laws.

It seems that AG Sessions has forgotten some history, It also seems that he was not given a handbook on what his job was and was not. With the President, I feel that he doesn't listen to anyone.  Again there is too much use of alternative truths in this government.  Alternative truth is just a fancy word for lie.

President Trump's past statements about golf and Obama catch up to him

In 2016 Trump stated that he did not have time for Golf.  It was part of his campaign against President Obama who golfed.  One of the links below has everyone of his tweets about Barack Obama golfing. His hypocrisy has come back to" bite him on the butt" as the saying goes.

The White House was asked about where he was, they reported that Trump was in meetings but photos emerged of him at a golf course. It has been reported that he has gone to a golf course at least 13 times in his nine weeks of his Presidency. The white House claims that he holds meetings there. But, he is noted to have been playing golf at 12 of these "meetings." The white House continued to deny until a picture surfaced of Trump wearing a golf glove. Sean Spicer admitted when cornered that President Trump may have hit a few balls. President Trump again plays with alternative facts / truth.
