It is barbaric that the country of Pakistan has such a strong rape culture. In Rajanpur, a young woman was asleep in her family home. Her cousin raped her at gun point. He prevented her from calling out for help from her family. Thinking that she would get justice, she with her father reported it to the Panchayat a tribal court that works outside Pakistan's justice system in remote areas.
This collection of supposed men with vagina envy included the father of the accused rapist. They declared her a "Kari." In other words they declared her an adulteress. It boggles the mind to wonder how a sleeping woman can seduce anyone. If she seduced him, why did he need to use a gun in order to rape her. The sentence that is used for this is stoning to death or being sold off.
The council gave further evidence of its ignorance and bias against women. No action was taken against the man who used a gun to rape a sleeping woman. Justice is not present when a crime is hidden and the sleeping victim is found to be at fault.
A report was filed at the police station by the 19 year old who learned of the sentence. Her father was supposedly forced to accept their judgement. This started an official investigation. Arrest warrants have been issued for the tribal council and the alleged rapist. To prevent pressure on her family members to do a dishonorable killing, the 19 year old was removed from her home and placed in a government run safe house.
The tribal council in question had decided to defy the Quran. See the following verse. Their judgement was based on their bias and lack of common sense. Who but followers of Iblis allows the father of an accused rapist to sit in judgement on the victim. Then to allow him to help sentence the victim to death is not justice. It is a sacrifice to Iblis.
"Whoever kills a believer intentionally, their reward will be Hell, to abide therein forever, and the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon them, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for them." (Holy Quran, Chapter 4, Verse 93)
Truth is unchanging. It is the same from the beginning of time. It will be the same at the end of time. At no time has Allah / God asked anyone to murder for him. That is the work of demons in human skin. Man does not need an intermediary to know the word of Allah / God. Doing what a false leader of a faith practice tells you will still land a person in hell. Their view of their reward of a hellish paradise comes after their first bite of the fruit of zaqqum
