The original purpose of school lunches was to prevent malnutrition. A child who eats can settle down to learn. Hungry children can not learn. It is a shame before God, Allah, the Man above, or who ever your faith tells is in charge that children go hungry in this country. It is almost hell worthy to shame blame the child because his parents have no money to pay for lunch. To say the parents don't care enough to save for lunch just shows an extreme lack of knowledge.
If this does not bother you, go to a Doctor and request a CAT scan and MRI of your brain. The supramarginal gyrus allows humans to distinguish their emotions from others. It also is responsible for empathy and compassion. Perhaps if you are human, this area of your brain is damaged. You could learn by the process of osmosis from others what you should be feeling. If this area is not damaged, might I suggest a spray mist bath of holy water. One never knows if it could help. Spend more time in the presence of a religious teacher. Perhaps they can help you.
